About the wine 

2015 was one of the best vintage in terms of quality and quantity, The Chambolle Musigny village from Domaine Amiot Servelle been award as the best Chambolle village of the year. 

It comes from a range of parcels, including several premier cru sites, and shows the exceptional farming at this certified-organic domaine.

Eye - Dark Ruby Colour

Nose - Complex aromas of Grand Cru, with intense notes of Strawberry, Cherry, Cassis, Violet

Palate -  Delicate and Elegant, this Pinot Noir is generous in fruit and the texture is silky on the palette and a wonderful tension on the finish

Background Winery

The Domaine Amiot-Servelle is run by Christian Amiot, one of the sons of Pierre Amiot from Morey St Denis, and married to Elisabeth Servelle, daughter of Bernard Servelle-Tachot and since few years Prune the daughter join the family adventure. 

The domaine has been farmed organically from 2003, with AB certification from the 2008 vintage. The wines taste fresh and modern although there is no great reliance on oak - 20% new wood is used for the village wine up to 50% for the two top premiers crus.
